99 of the 111 lines in this catalogue carry the restriction, and every one of them states it on its own page rather than only here.

Cylinders ship to United States addresses only, so the rule that applies to your order is the federal one, plus whatever your state adds on top of it.

Certified technicians, for most of the catalogue. The restriction travels with the refrigerant, so the same rule applies to a can and to a pallet of it.

Most of what ships from us is unbranded trade stock — the same gas, without a label premium. Where a line is a named manufacturer's, the name is on the product page and in the Merchant feed, because a contractor matching a spec sheet needs to know which it is.

Cylinders ship free from our own warehouse in the United States — domestic addresses only. Here is how stock, freight, certification and returns work on this site.

The catalogue runs to 111 stocked lines across 17 refrigerants, ordered as single cylinders or in packs of 5, 10, 20, 30 and 40. Shipping costs nothing on any order, no minimum, with 1 business day of handling and 1–3 business days in transit, weekdays only. Packs and pallets move as palletised freight rather than parcel: the carrier contacts you to arrange a delivery appointment, and you need a way to take a loaded pallet off the truck. Inspect what arrives within 72 hours.

Track an order

The reference on your confirmation email is all this needs.

Once your order ships we email a tracking number — enter that. Before it ships, use the order reference from your confirmation page: it starts cs_ and is around 66 characters, so paste the whole thing. Spaces in a tracking number do not matter.

Order the same gas again

Type the designation off the data plate, or the part number off the last cylinder, and go straight to what matches.

Back to a shelf you have used
