30-day defect & leak replacement. Cover for defective cylinders, valves and fill — not for the equipment the refrigerant is charged into.

What is covered
Every order carries a 30-day replacement warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in the product itself.
- a cylinder that arrives with a leaking or damaged valve
- a cylinder that will not hold pressure
- incorrect refrigerant or incorrect fill weight
- a manufacturing defect in an accessory or gauge
What is not covered
The warranty covers the product we shipped. It does not extend to the system the refrigerant goes into, or to what happens to a cylinder after it leaves our hands.
- refrigerant that has been used or partially discharged
- damage from improper handling, storage above rated temperature, or transport after delivery
- cylinders that have been refilled, modified, or had their valve replaced
- system performance — a refrigerant is not a warranty on the equipment it is charged into
Why it is 30 days and not three years
A long warranty on a consumable gas is not a real promise. A cylinder is either correct when it arrives — right refrigerant, right fill weight, sound valve — or it is not, and that is established within days of delivery, not years. A three-year term on a product that is consumed in a single service call sounds generous and means nothing.
So the cover here is short, specific and genuinely honoured. If something is wrong with what we sent you, tell us and we will replace it.
Making a claim

Replacements are shipped on the same terms as the original order.
