About The five-cylinder pack

Packs are stocked in 5, 10, 20, 30 and 40 cylinders, and every one moves as palletised freight rather than parcel. The carrier contacts the buyer to arrange a delivery appointment, and someone on site needs a way to get a loaded pallet off the truck — no PO box, no parcel locker. One order ships to one address, so separate sites need separate orders. Inspection is asked for within 72 hours of arrival; anything damaged or incorrect is replaced or refunded, in most cases with nothing to ship back.
