- 30-day defect & leak replacement — a leaking or damaged valve, a cylinder that will not hold pressure, or the wrong refrigerant or fill weight. Inspect within 72 hours of delivery.
Product details
R-1234yf is the HFO refrigerant that replaced R-134a in new vehicle air conditioning, and it is what nearly every car built in the last decade expects to see. This is one 8 oz self-sealing can of Honeywell product, made in the USA — the size you reach for when a system needs topping up rather than filling.
The self-sealing valve closes when the tap comes off, so a partly used can keeps. You will need a can tap rated for R-1234yf; the fitting is deliberately different from the R-134a one so the two gases cannot be cross-charged by accident.
