Only what an order actually needs, plus the usual traffic measurement.

Card details are entered on Stripe's own hosted checkout and are handled entirely by them. We receive a confirmation and a reference. We could not disclose your card number if we wanted to, because we never hold it.

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand which pages lead to orders and to measure advertising. These set cookies in your browser and report page views, add-to-cart events and completed purchases, including the order value and an order reference.

We do not send your name, email address or delivery address to either. Blocking these with an ad blocker or browser setting does not affect your ability to order — the site is built so that a blocked analytics call fails silently rather than breaking the cart.

Only the parties needed to get an order to you:

Order records are kept for as long as tax and business-record rules require. Support correspondence is kept while it is useful and then deleted. Analytics data is retained under the retention setting configured in Google Analytics.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email contact@sentaigas.com. We will respond within 30 days.
