Payment & security

Checkout is hosted by Stripe. When you check out you are handed to their payment page, you enter your card details there, and they return you to us with a result.

This is not a detail of implementation — it is the reason we can make the next statement plainly: no card number, expiry, security code or bank credential ever passes through sentaigas.com, and none is stored on our systems, because our systems never see one.

We hold what is needed to fulfil and support an order: the items, the amount, your name, your delivery address, your email address and a payment reference from Stripe. The payment reference identifies the transaction; it is not a card number and cannot be used as one.

The whole site is served over HTTPS, including every page that leads to checkout. If your browser ever warns you that the connection to sentaigas.com is not secure, stop and tell us.

If you see a charge you do not recognise, contact your card issuer first — they can stop a card immediately, which we cannot. Then tell us, and we will trace the order from our side. Email contact@sentaigas.com or call +1 (509) 938-2763 (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET).
