By placing an order with Sentai Gas LLC through sentaigas.com you agree to these terms, together with our shipping, returns, warranty, order acceptance and refrigerant compliance policies, each of which forms part of them.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Most refrigerants sold here are restricted goods — see the refrigerant compliance policy for who may buy them. By ordering a restricted refrigerant you confirm that you are permitted to buy it.

We ship within the United States only.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. We take care to describe products accurately from the specifications available to us, but we do not warrant that every description is free of error.

Where a price or description is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. See the order acceptance policy.

Refrigerants are regulated, pressurised and, in some cases, mildly flammable. You are responsible for holding any certification your purchase requires, for handling and storing cylinders safely, for recovering refrigerant rather than venting it, and for complying with the rules that apply where you work.

Nothing on this site is engineering advice for a specific system. Match the refrigerant to the equipment's data plate, not to a product description.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost profit, lost contracts, or damage to equipment charged with a refrigerant bought here — except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

The text, photography, design and code of this site belong to Sentai Gas LLC unless stated otherwise. Manufacturer names and product marks belong to their owners and are used to identify the goods we sell.

These terms are governed by the law of the state in which Sentai Gas LLC is established, and by US federal law where it applies.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order, and each page shows the date it was last updated.
