Shipping policy

Sentai Gas ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we cannot forward to a freight consolidator on your behalf.

We cannot split one order across several addresses. If you need stock delivered to more than one site, place a separate order for each — it keeps the tracking honest and means a delay at one address does not hold up the others.

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum value and no threshold to reach. The price shown on a product page is the price you pay plus any applicable tax; there is no shipping charge added at checkout.

Orders are picked and dispatched within 1 business day (Mon–Fri). Transit is then 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri). Both are business days — an order placed on Friday afternoon is dispatched the following Monday.

Pallets and multi-cylinder packs move as palletised freight rather than parcel. That means the carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment, and you will need a way to take a loaded pallet off the truck. If you do not have a dock or a forklift, tell us before you order.

You get a tracking number by email when the order leaves us. Carrier scans can take up to 48 hours to start showing movement, which is normal and is not a sign that anything has gone wrong.

Refrigerant cylinders are pressurised and are regulated in transport. They ship in their manufacturer's packaging with the required markings, and they cannot be delivered to a PO box or a parcel locker.
