Sized for a small or medium room, the EX11DT puts out 8,800 BTU from an 11,000 BTU input and responds quickly when room temperature shifts. The programmable thermostat sits on top of the cabinet where it is easy to reach.

It is offered for natural gas or propane, mounts on an exterior wall with a 3 1/8 in. direct-vent connection, and uses a 1/2 in. gas line with electronic ignition. A humidifier tray is built in, and the gas shuts off automatically if the power fails.

What does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Shipping is free on every order to United States. Orders are dispatched in 1 business day (Mon–Fri) and arrive 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri) after dispatch.

Can I return it?

Yes — within 90 days for unopened, factory-sealed cylinders, cans, water heaters, boilers, heaters and accessories, with no restocking fee. We cannot accept cylinders whose seal has been broken, partially used refrigerant, any cylinder that has been connected to a system, and any water heater, boiler or heater that has been installed or connected to gas, water or power.

    Showed up damaged

    This is likely less of FreonWell's fault and more on the carrier, but it probably could have been packaged better to prevent it also. The tank showed up quickly and full, but the handles were extremely bent. The box was clearly dropped at some point. Surprisingly it doesn't seem like the valve took any damage so it's still usable

    Was worried at first but actually came through.

    Originally found it for $201. Extremely cheap and was worried it was a scam. Searched online and no reviews. But they did offer free 30 day free returns so I decided screw it. Luckily, it wasn’t a scam and refrigerant did show up at my front door :)
